Wild mushrooms with rice
Necessary Ingredients:
–50 g hydrated dried mushrooms
-1 bunch of fresh parsley
-3-4 garlic cloves
-1 small onion
-50 ml oil
-200 ml water or vegetable broth
-salt and pepper
Rehydrating the Mushrooms:
Before use, rinse the mushrooms well under running water to remove any impurities. Soak them in lukewarm water for about 20 minutes, then cook them.
Preparation Method:
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in 50 ml of oil. Add the mushrooms, then season with salt. Stir and gradually add water or vegetable broth. Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally. After 10 minutes, add the crushed garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and ground pepper to taste. Continue to cook until the liquid released by the mushrooms has completely evaporated. Serve alongside boiled rice.
