Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (frozen)

A simple and delicious recipe, made with ingredients found in any pantry and freezer: pasta, frozen porcini mushrooms (or other frozen mushrooms). We enriched the recipe with soy sauce and pine nuts. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a family meal.

Necessary Ingredients:

200 g pasta (tagliatelle or other shapes)

250 g frozen porcini mushrooms

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves

½ onion

10 ml soy sauce

30 g baby spinach

1 tbsp pine nuts

30 g parmesan

Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation Method:

  1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Finely chop the onion and sauté it together with the porcini mushrooms. After the porcini mushrooms have softened, add the minced garlic, soy sauce, pine nuts, and a bit of pasta water. Finally, add the spinach and pasta.
  3. Mix them and place them on a platter. Serve with grated parmesan on top.
