Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms (frozen)
A simple and delicious recipe, made with ingredients found in any pantry and freezer: pasta, frozen porcini mushrooms (or other frozen mushrooms). We enriched the recipe with soy sauce and pine nuts. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a family meal.
Necessary Ingredients:
200 g pasta (tagliatelle or other shapes)
250 g frozen porcini mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
½ onion
10 ml soy sauce
30 g baby spinach
1 tbsp pine nuts
30 g parmesan
Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation Method:
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it together with the porcini mushrooms. After the porcini mushrooms have softened, add the minced garlic, soy sauce, pine nuts, and a bit of pasta water. Finally, add the spinach and pasta.
- Mix them and place them on a platter. Serve with grated parmesan on top.
