Salmon in Dwarf Trumpet Sauce

Necessary Ingredients:

50 g dried Dwarf Trumpet
-2 medium salmon fillets
-1 clove of chopped garlic
-1 small chopped onion
-200 ml vegetable broth
-50 ml white wine
-100 g butter
-salt and pepper

Rehydrating the Mushrooms:

Before use, rinse the mushrooms well under running water to remove any impurities. Soak them in lukewarm water for about 20 minutes, then cook them.

Preparation Method:

The salmon can be prepared as desired, on the grill or in the oven.
Dwarf Trumpet Sauce: Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Add the Dwarf Trumpet and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes. Then add the chopped onion and continue until the onion softens. Usually, it takes no more than 1-2 minutes. Add the wine and broth and boil until the mixture reduces by half. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over the already prepared salmon.
