RETURN CONDITIONS

According to the legislation in force, the right to withdraw from the purchase is applicable only to individual customers.

The BUYER has the right to notify the SELLER in writing that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of service provisions, from the conclusion of the contract. Withdrawal from the purchase within 14 calendar days can only be applied to products delivered by courier.

According to the legislation in force, the consumer cannot unilaterally terminate contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer’s specifications or of distinctly personalized products, as well as those which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which can deteriorate or degrade rapidly.

Products that cannot be returned:
– products that are susceptible to deterioration or rapid expiration (for example, fresh chanterelles, frozen fruits, frozen mushrooms).
– sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons (for example, dried mushrooms or jarred mushrooms that have been unsealed)

For these types of products, there is no right of withdrawal according to art. 16 of GEO 34/2014.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and the accompanying documents). The return costs will be borne by the BUYER, and the refund of the product value will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the return.
