The delivery of products ordered online at WWW.GRADINAPADURII.RO is done through (express courier).
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing an order can take up to 72 hours from the moment it is placed. S.C. ROMTRANSILVAN LOGISTIC S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel any order if, for objective reasons, it cannot be delivered.
ORDER DELIVERY
Products will be delivered within 48-72 hours from the order validation. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the client in the online order.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is made within 2 working days from the moment the order is validated and confirmed by email by one of our operators. If the product is not in stock, S.C. ROMTRANSILVAN LOGISTIC S.R.L. reserves the right to agree with its clients on the delivery time. Due to the fact that multiple clients can order the same product at the same time, it is possible that available stocks may become insufficient in certain cases. Orders containing frozen products have a special thermal transport regime and thus, deliveries are not made daily. Once the order is confirmed, the BUYER will be contacted to establish and confirm the delivery details. Important! If you suspect that the goods have been damaged during transport, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at the email address contact@gradinapadurii.ro or on WhatsApp at the phone number 0722555008, attaching photos of both the package and the damaged product.
Note: When payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be delivered upon confirmation of payment by the bank of S.C. ROMTRANSILVAN LOGISTIC S.R.L. Only when the amounts due are credited to the accounts of S.C. ROMTRANSILVAN LOGISTIC S.R.L., the delivery procedures will be activated.
-The transport cost is displayed on the checkout page. For localities not included in this list, the courier’s coverage area will incur an extra mileage fee of 5 RON+VAT / km traveled.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
S.C. ROMTRANSILVAN LOGISTIC S.R.L. does not guarantee the availability in stock of the displayed products. The maximum value of S.C. ROMTRANSILVAN LOGISTIC S.R.L.’s obligations towards any client in case of non-delivery or improper delivery of purchased products is the value of the amounts collected by S.C. ROMTRANSILVAN LOGISTIC S.R.L. from the respective client. As long as S.C. ROMTRANSILVAN LOGISTIC S.R.L. has not collected any amount from clients, it owes them nothing.
Payment for products ordered on WWW.GRADINAPADURII.RO is made in RON (at the value at the time of placing the order).
Notes:
1. By placing the order, the client accepts without objections the Terms and Conditions of Use, their value being the same as a validly concluded contract. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use, the client fully assumes the rights and obligations arising from purchasing from the online store WWW.GRADINAPADURII.RO. The Terms and Conditions of Use comply with the Electronic Commerce Law, the Distance Contracts Law, the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Consumer Protection Law.
2. The ordered products are delivered nationwide.
3. The products are in the original packaging of the manufacturer, plus packaging to protect the products during transport.
4. If you want the delivery to be made to an address other than the billing address, you must specify this in the order form and in the next step you will be asked to enter the delivery address.
5. Upon delivery, the products will be accompanied by the original invoice and the warranty certificate (if applicable). You will find these documents in the package.
6. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.
