Omelette with Chanterelles
Necessary Ingredients:
–50 g hydrated dried chanterelles
-4 eggs
-2 small cubes of butter
-salt and pepper
Rehydrating the Mushrooms:
Before use, rinse the mushrooms well under running water to remove any impurities. Soak them in lukewarm water for about 20 minutes, then cook them.
Preparation Method:
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Add the chanterelles and cook on low heat until the water released by the mushrooms evaporates, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, then add the eggs that have been well mixed beforehand. You can add extra flavor by sprinkling grated Parmesan on top.
