Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms (dried)

Necessary Ingredients:

50 g hydrated dried porcini mushrooms
-400 g Fettuccine or tagliatelle
-50 g butter
-1/2 lemon
-olive oil for cooking
-3 garlic cloves
-grated parmesan
-salt and pepper

Rehydrating the mushrooms:

Before use, rinse the mushrooms well under running water to remove any impurities. Soak them in lukewarm water for about 20 minutes, then cook them.

Preparation Method:

Finely chopped garlic is sautéed in olive oil. Add the porcini mushrooms and let them simmer until the water released by the mushrooms evaporates, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, then, after turning off the heat, add the juice from half a lemon.

Cook the Fettuccine according to the instructions on the package. After draining, add them over the mushrooms. Add the butter cut into cubes and mix well. Serve sprinkled with grated parmesan on top.
